All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchases once they are completed.
2. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 15 days of purchase, in line with industry standards, under the following conditions:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Only items purchased directly from our website or authorized retailers are eligible for exchange.
- For hygiene and quality control, we cannot accept exchanges for any items that have been opened or used.
3. Exchange Process

- Approval and Instructions: Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return instructions for the exchange.
- Packaging: Carefully pack the item in its original, sealed packaging to prevent damage during transport.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or is found to be defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Include a photo and a description of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement.
